Creative assets that work together
Graphic Design Services
Graphic design for digital, print and campaigns: social graphics, brochures, business cards, presentations and website assets. Bring your brand guidelines and project brief, and I’ll turn them into clear, consistent materials for the channels you use.
Your graphic design project
Good graphic design helps people understand your message and recognise your business. We start with the audience, purpose, channel and action you want readers to take, then agree the deliverables and the information each asset needs to communicate.
Projects can include social media graphics, campaign assets, business cards, brochures, presentation layouts and web graphics. If you already have an identity, I work within its logo, colour and typography rules. If those foundations need attention first, we can scope branding separately rather than inventing a different look for each asset.
Before production, we confirm sizes, quantities, copy and imagery supplied by you, revision rounds, deadlines and final formats. For print, the agreed supplier’s artwork specifications guide the handover; printing and delivery are separate unless quoted. Editable source files, template access and third-party licences are included only as agreed.

Graphic Design Services questions
Scope, concepts, revisions, final files and handover.
What graphic design work can you provide?
Xeon’s creative work includes campaign graphics, social assets, presentations, business cards, brochures, signage and website graphics. Your proposal defines which assets are included and their sizes and formats. Different channels and production requirements are scoped individually.
Can you use my existing brand guidelines?
Yes. Share the available logo files, colour and typography guidance, plus examples of existing materials. We identify missing assets or inconsistent rules before designing. A wider identity refresh is separate unless included in the brief.
Do you write the copy as well?
The graphic design brief identifies who supplies and approves the words, images and data. Design should not be assumed to include a separate copywriting service. If content needs additional work, we agree that requirement before starting.
Is printing included?
Design and print production are different services. Print sourcing is only included where quoted. We prepare files for the agreed supplier requirements; stock, ink, finish and production choices influence the physical result.
Can I arrange ongoing graphic design support?
Recurring design work can be scoped with agreed hours, priorities and reviews. The arrangement defines the assets, request process and costs. It does not imply unlimited designs or revisions.
What final files will I receive?
The brief states the export formats, dimensions and any included editable files. Usage and ownership are agreed before handover. Source files, additional sizes or new versions should be specified rather than assumed.
