Chaz approached me to create a complete digital presence for her new wellness business, from brand conception and logo design through to bespoke Elementor, WooCommerce & WordPress website design and development. The finished website features an online store, event booking, a blog, and an easy-to-manage CMS. All built with a strong focus on SEO, LLM visibility, and customer experience.

Working together, we settled on the name Balance by Chaz, reflecting Chaz’s mission to help clients create greater balance in their lives. Charlotte had already created a mood board and an initial logo concept, which I refined into the final logo.
Inspired by a sunset photograph from Chaz’s travels, I created a warm, calming colour palette that reflects the brand’s values, personality and focus on wellbeing. From there, I developed the wider brand identity, brand guidelines and creative direction.

The website was built in WordPress using Elementor & WooCommerce, giving Chaz a simple platform she can easily manage herself. An online shop & event booking allow customers to book classes, retreats and purchase products, while newsletter sign-ups, blogs and guides help grow her community online.
Chaz is able to manage her website, update pages, publish blogs, add new events and manage bookings without relying on a developer to keep her website up to date.
